Astoria Rooftop Restaurant

The rooftop restaurant of the Astoria boutique hotel, set on the ramparts of Budva's Old Town with white-linen tables looking straight out over the terracotta roofs, the church tower and the beach below. Mediterranean plates and grilled Adriatic fish come with one of the best sunset views in the walled town. A special-occasion table a short trip from Bečići. The rooftop sits above one hotel in a small Montenegrin group that also runs Astoria properties in Kotor, Tivat and Podgorica, the Kotor one inside a 13th-century palace of the Buća family, along with Hotel Hemera, the La Parisienne bakery and café and the La Bocca restaurant, so the kitchen is backed by a good deal more than a single boutique hotel.
