From the airport to Bečići
There is no direct rail link, so from either airport you reach Bečići by:

The budget option: by bus
There's no bus from the airport terminals themselves, but Montenegro's intercity bus network is a cheap alternative if you're travelling light. From Tivat, it's a short hop to Tivat bus station, from where buses run to Budva bus station roughly every couple of hours (about 35 minutes, around €4); from Podgorica, frequent intercity coaches also serve Budva. Budva bus station is the Riviera's hub — connections to Kotor, Podgorica, Dubrovnik and down the coast — and from there Bečići is a short local bus, a €5–10 taxi, or the 20–30 minute seaside promenade walk away.

- The Bay of Kotor ferry. Driving down from Tivat or Dubrovnik around the Bay of Kotor, the small Kamenari–Lepetane car ferry cuts straight across the mouth of the bay and saves the long loop around it — roughly 30 km and 40 minutes. It's around €5 per car one way, runs 24/7 with crossings every ~15–20 minutes by day, and the ride itself takes only about 5 minutes — a handy shortcut in summer traffic.
- The Sozina tunnel toll (Podgorica route). Driving down from Podgorica, the fast way to the coast runs through the ~4 km Sozina tunnel on the E80 — a €2.50 toll per car, paid in cash or by card at the booth, day or night — then out at Sutomore and on to Budva. The older mountain road via Petrovac is toll-free but slower and winding.
- Crossing from Dubrovnik. If you fly into Dubrovnik and hire a car there, check it's cleared to cross into Montenegro and carries the right insurance (a green card) — not every Croatian rental is, and you'll need it at the border.
Getting around once you're here
Bečići effectively runs into Budva next door, and the two are linked by a seaside promenade, local buses and, in summer, taxi-boats along the coast. That makes Budva's old town, marina and bus station easy to reach for onward trips. Along the Riviera and up to the Bay of Kotor, local buses and organised day trips do most of the work; a rental car gives you the most freedom.
